The staff there for the most part are very nice people, sometimes the wait can be long but they're only moving as fast as they can while keeping the patients safe. The technicians are kind, bubbly and friendly even when it seems very overwhelming which does not go unnoticed! My husband has been a long-term donor, and the intake process seriously needs improvement. There have been many times he’s spent close to 2.5 hours there even when arriving early for his appointment. That’s well beyond the 80 minute target and simply not reasonable for people who book appointments and plan their day around them. The biggest issue seems to be process flow.
