Absolutely incompetent manager, my appointment was cancelled by them with no clear reason and when I called I was given the run around by 2 people before they told me a manager would contact me. I had to leave work early to make the appointment that as far as the people on the phone could tell me was canceled in error. When I arrived I was ignored by the desk staff and then once I was acknowledged and a manager was brought out there was no "sorry" or explanation for the lack of call that they had promised, just a lazy manage... read more
