Always behind wait 20 minutes to get checked in after my appointment was scheduled for.
Wait times are getting longer and staff are getting restless and complaining about going home. The Indian girl at the front desk receives a huge shout out but please teach the white stout girl with straight darkish brown hair and light blue shoes in the clinic area some manners and how to be polite. Maybe nurse Tanya, Peter and Atul and can help her, these guys are so courteous. Half the good staff have left sadly.
They don’t respect your time. It can be quiet in the first waiting room and you check in on your phone and you can still wait over 30 minutes after your appointment time and still not even talk to the first person. They just opened on Monday and are still working on creating a cohesive flow, but I am very impressed so far
