The one on quince is a very nice and good place the director manager is nice and so are the employees very clean and very polite
"Valiyah" is veryyy Unprofessional she sticks certain people she dislikes wrong on purpose and instead of apologizing for her wrongs she deflects the issue and makes up lies. I was stuck wrong twice.She needs to be fired immediately very immature and childish

TERRIBLE! I repeat TERRIBLE worst experience I’ve had … as a new donor there is no way youre supposed to wait 2 hours before at least being talked to. If anything no communication very terrible customer service
