So I went in a week ago to donate , but I did not know that I needed to be hydrated and watch the type of protein I was eating. So the following week I went back , and I had drank a hundred and sixty ounces of water and the day and a half before eight lean protein , I e chicken and was told I was dehydrated , because my blood was very dark.
