When you’re a returning donor they tell you or remind you to bring everything with you to verify your address. They think that you carry it with you all the time. How stupid can people be to think that we carry it everywhere we go.?.?.?
Holy crap !!!! Not another plasma place that pays people so little 45.00 and wait on average 2 and 1/2 hours and 70 for 2nd visit of the week. Considering they are making 3500.00 for beginning plasma donations. Anyways they definitely discriminates against me for at that time being homeless after I gave already over 100 plasma donations successfully. I have been donating for 10+ years now. Motivated not by money but by the importance of helping to save lives. Plasma helped a save loved one and I have been loyal to donating ever since. However, in my years of donating, this location was the poorest establishment I’ve ever encountered. The staff are very unprofessional, rude, and dismissive from the moment we arrived. I am not someone who normally complains, and I have been a regular plasma donor with mostly positive experiences, which is why today’s visit stood out so strongly. Unfortunately, the phlebotomy experience during my donation today was by far the most painful and uncomfortable stick I have ever had. The insertion was extremely rough, and the removal of the needle was just as painful and uncomfortable.
