Went for my 2nd donation, $70 on a Sunday I was scheduled at 11:45. I waited to speak to one of the newer staff who clearly didn’t care or know what she was talking about when she said I could return later. I asked if I could return later because they were backed up, like way behind their appointment times. I had another appointment and because they were understaffed I had to rearrange my day. So I went in a week ago to donate , but I did not know that I needed to be hydrated and watch the type of protein I was eating. So the following week I went back , and I had drank a hundred and sixty ounces of water and the day and a half before eight lean protein , I e chicken and was told I was dehydrated , because my blood was very dark. How is it possible after drinking a hundred and sixty ounces of water.
