They seem to be professional. They seem to know what they're doing. I've donated several times with them now, mostly because I need the money. I'm a single father. Didn't expect that after they bruised my arm the last time. They're going to look at me like I'm a drug dealer and make me feel really weird coming in tonight. They’re all nice there. Everyone always has nice smiles and smooth talking. I just want to specifically shout out Bre. She noticed there were air bubbles in the IV and she took time she didn’t rush or make me scared she kept me calm and I was just fine.
