The staff is Great they need to get paid more… They work hard saving lives both ways, by assisting the people that need plasma and assisting the community with gas money, groceries, or whatever needed for that household or/and maybe even lowering crime rate… They should look at themselves as super heroes in the community… Thank each and everyone for their dedication, hard work, and passion…
I have no problem with this location they can be a little pokey sometimes but the atmosphere and being comfortable makes up for it
Staff is SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They hide in the back so they don’t have to do work, they cuss, run around the center like children and be overly loud because it’s more playing than work in there, they don’t allow u to talk on phone while donating but the phlebotomist will b on the phone while they sticking you, and if they don’t like u they will find a way to defer you, management doesn’t care about these situations u tell them your issues they act like your bothering them, ive seen cross contamination with staff who don’t... read more
