I have always had a good experience at Grifols. Im looking forward to them resuming practices soon!
I wanted to share my experience because I went to this location for some time, but unfortunately, the quality of service decreased significantly over time. I understand that some employees may be new or still learning, and I appreciate that everyone has to start somewhere. However, I experienced several situations that were very uncomfortable and, at times, quite painful. Ive been a donor for almost two years now, and have always felt safe and comfortable here. The staff are professional, and always have the donors health and safety in mind. It was very unfortunate and sad what happened in Winnipeg, but Health Canada investigated and showed that Grifols was NOT at fault; dont buy into the media or social media hype. I hope they reopen soon, and I will be back as soon as they do.
