Easy simple possess every one is professional
This place has gone down hill in the last few years. Was better when it was Canadian Plasma Resources. Have donated for 8 years. The more I go Iam wanting to quit all together. The nursing staff back in the day where better than the ones currently working. You tend to get close to any bonus and staff find a way for you to not donate.
Friendly staff, and very thorough with communication regarding the plasma donation process
The actual donation process is generally smooth, and as long as you show up on time you usually wont be there for any longer than an hour and a half. My main issue comes from the staff members. There are a select few who are kind and respectful to you during the whole process that you are there for, but many of them don't care about you at best, and are quite rude and blunt at worst. I absolutely love this place! Donating plasma at Grifols has become a great side hustle for me, and the extra income has really helped my family get through some difficult times, especially with the rising cost of living and inflation. What keeps me coming back, though, is the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel welcome and comfortable during my visits.
