Staff change all the time. Staffs ok. Need more people at front desk. 2 isn't enough and usually only 1. Do better

I’m new donor as of August 2025, and it’s been a good experience so far at this location. Almost everyone who works in the front reception area knows me by name :) There are some new staff that I’m getting to know as they are me. Everyone shows kindness and so far I have experienced good customer service. I love how friendly everyone is! i have warned the staff to please be careful cause i bruise easily but the attendee who was administering the needle into my vein did not listen and now i cannot come back to Grifols for 57 days and this is the second time my vein collapsed and my second time i lose 200 ml of blood when donating plasma, i am very disappointed that no one listened to me when i said it at the appointment
