Someone really should check around and see if these staff members truly have the certificates and licenses to work here - half the staff doesn't know basic Phlebotomy, so it seems. Half the time, their sticks are horrible. "No-flow" or some other error pops up and they don't want to come and help because it shows they clearly didn't do something right. Just a warning ⚠️ if u donate here and the phlebotomist hit a nerve, And your in pain, your responsibility for your own treatment TO GET BETTER . They won't even help u. I WILL NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE .My experience was not good at all .
I was gonna to the old location at Kimball and Lawrence for over 3 years,then when they moved to Irving and Elston,I decided to stay with them,the staff are nice,Lucy,Sean,tony,Liz,Georgette,mela,maya,Vicki, Giovanna,Steve, Mercedes,ruby,salita, cassandra.ect, I know that others won't feel the same way about the staff,but I like going and donating,because the people are nice,and I'm doing something good and positive for me and others.they do the best they can,after all they are not robots.but human beings.u treat them the wa... read more
