I went there once months ago. There were too many people and too few staff. The wait would have been too long. The music was blaring. For these reasons, I decided not to donate.
Great convenience if in a bind for a little extra money and clean location but some of the staff seem a bit immature when faced with what should be left a private matter
Well, there's reason why I'm giving them a one star. Is because a $100 is supposed to come to me for a new donor since it's been over a year since I've donated, they stiffed me 20 bucks now they're not answering the phone, so I will be back and I will get that 20
Severely understaffed and they require you to have an appointment but the don't stick to it had an appointment for 230 and it's almost 4 very unperfesional . It's like you have nothing better to do but be cattle and wait all damn day
