Terrible staff today at the check in and vitals very rude with how they handle talking to people. Acted like they did not want anyone checking in to donate. And I usually enjoy being there.
Rude and I didn't talk much i honestly don't understand the hostility I was early and no one was in the waiting room and there was some problem but you could've been nice about it

I don’t usually give google reviews but I have to say I love this center. The staff are great and friendly. The phlebotomists are good. There is one id like to brag on for a moment. Earlier today during my donation, I had a reaction & had already been on the machine for over an hour. The phlebotomist, Shelby, helped assist me during my reaction. She assured me I was going to be ok, she helped me w breathing exercises and stayed with me. She ended up having to stick me in my other arm and did a great job. I finished my donati... read more
