Watching other people skip you as you wait over 2 hours just to get poked because the employees want to sabotage each other watching one continuously struggle, well none of them have any regard for the person waiting to donate. I've been donating with Grifols for over 20 years all over the country and this location by far is the worst ran location. I've been donating here regularly, since 12/24. I've seen and experienced good and bad. The majority of my experiences have been good. I know veins can be perforated, I had one hit muscle. All the staff have been great! They do need more staff, at times, better scheduling. What brought me here today is my experiences this weekend. I drove 45mi to donate, yesterday and today. Yesterday I got back pretty quickly but was on the bed for over an hour and hadn't been stuck. So I left and returned today. Today was really slow. Over... read more
Staff is great but horribly understaffed. Shame on management. Do better.
