Jessica who works here is extremely rude. Every time I have came is she has been extremely inconsiderate and makes me feel so unwelcome. Either fire her or tell her to smile because it’s not like we are forcing her to work there.
Staff is great but wait times are terrible. Workers trying but not enough people to get people in and out quickly
As someone who donates twice a week it would be nice if the TVs were playing actual movies. If the music would come back too that would be awesome. I love the staff they are great but it be nice if Grifols made the environment more welcoming.
The staff is friendly, kind, professional, personable, and fun. The company tries to come up with fun incentives to keep people donating. It would be great if they would use the tv screens for some good movies!
