Hi does anyone know if they closed down for good or did they just move locations I like this one better then csl on San Mateo the staff is nice with great manners and the place is clean
I don't care for this location. The staff are rude and now you have to make an appointment and they are short staffed. At CSL they at least treat the donors better from what I've seen
I have been coming here for over a year. The staff is very friendly And that's especially happy with how fast I get in-and-out. If you've ever wanted to donate plasma this is definitely the place I would recommend to come.
Don’t bother yourself coming here waisting your gas and wasting your time… You will have to have an appointment set before hand. In order to make a appointment you must first download an app create an account username and password that they can’t even give you or create for you; the staff here is little to no help and very rude.
