So I've been coming to this donation facility since September '25 and I have very small veins and I have to get certain phlebotomist to stick me. They are super chill and I have my faves! Chloe, Kia, Austin always get me in first try lol.It's always clean and the music is ALWAYS on point with variety.
I had an excellent experience with Anita at the Yopp Rd Grifols location! She is an amazing phlebotomist. She made the whole process quick and comfortable, and I barely felt a thing. Anita took the time to explain everything and made sure I was at ease from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend her if you’re coming to this location!
At this plasma facility a young lady named Jaqueline is conducive to the growth and development of this establishment in her professionalism and conducting her duties she was very respectable polite polite and charming she helped me along without hesitation call complaint while maintaining a professional attitude and and delightful smile please do not give her employee of the month do not place any stars by her name but give her a raise
