I had a great experience today at Grifols Biomat on NE 14th St in Ocala. The staff members personified professionalism with personality - my favorite combo! The facility itself was clean and comfortable. Where else can you earn money while providing crucial relief to those in need? I will keep going back and highly recommend doing the same. Kudos employees!
The process itself is pretty quick and easy. The staff are ok. Some can be a bit stand-offish but whatever. I was a new donor, donated twice and then got deferred with no explanation. I only knew because I attempted to do the health questionnaire in the app and it stopped me. I'm a nurse so I understand that they can't give info over the phone but a letter would have been nice. OK I feel this place is the best. I came 4 years ago. Left and than came back. I just did my 8th visit! I've had no problems at all. I'm honest there's one girl who is very not there to enjoy her job. Seems always off. Once the hose wasn't clumped and blood went everywhere so I'm always feeling her head isn't in it. And she's not nice. Kinda just there. But I avoid her and won't be sticked by her, just a feeling though. Others are nice. Management is really good. I Love coming to this Grifols all the staff are positive, polite and always answers my questions! Today we played bingo and I won! The easiest job I ever had! Thanks for all your wonderful support from your Team!
Sad this place fills people with lies. When you compare this place in Ocala vs CSL you spend usually between 45 min to 1 hours and 35 minutes just in the plasma extraction process. They tell you that you are the problem. I have a strict diet for more than 20 years absolutely no fat, minimum salt and no sugar, and multiple time they say is something in you.
