I have been donating for a little over a year. It has been an excellent experience knowing that my plasma is going out to help others who truly need and benefit from my plasma last year my mother in law became very ill due to an extremely rare illness if it weren't for plasma being administered to her whole she was admitted at the hospital. The process itself is pretty quick and easy. The staff are ok. Some can be a bit stand-offish but whatever. I was a new donor, donated twice and then got deferred with no explanation. I only knew because I attempted to do the health questionnaire in the app and it stopped me. I'm a nurse so I understand that they can't give info over the phone but a letter would have been nice.
