I've been donating plasma at this center for a few months. Most of the staff is friendly and efficient, some more than others. The wait time is not so long as long as you get there before closing time. I am very pleased with their service. If you're interested in making extra money, I recommend them. Not only are you saving lives, but you get paid for doing it.

Horrible place I have emailed their hq and more said I did not fill out the right paperwork brought in the paper I was told to fill out times dates I stopped receiving meds had a interview with the nurse gave her a medical document from the primary care prescribing physician and they still say I didn't fill something out right this is from 2023 and before and from Illinois told me the Illinois location burnt down can't help me then call on the phone say they can't help and give me and my wife the silent treatment I believe i... read more
