I have been to grifols for three donations now and they are very thorough with asking all the questions they take their time with you to make sure they are okay to donate plasma , they have very trusting staff, I absolutely hate needles and they have made me feel very comfortable getting my plasma drawn also it's a very uplifting environment, just all around good experience, which makes me want to get coming back
Seems like Grifols is always sending out a text that is worded wrong and they don’t honor it. Nowhere in this text does it say 2nd donation of the week. It says on my NEXT donation.

Grifols Dothan Alabama, Decided not to pay for some donations today, closed and went home without doing their job. Without donors, you would not have a job. Playing games is not a good business practice. I came in around 3:35 left about 5:35, 2 x week, 7 x month, $25.00 text, and $5.00 wheel. On Tuesday I actually told the screeners Grifols was going to play games come Friday because of the amount of money they were going to have to pay some donors. Sure enough, they played big-time games!!
