Great staff and they are efficient and very kind to donors. I have been donating at grifols for five years and this plasma center is the best. All of the phlebotomist's are great at this location.
Had appointment for 10:30 5 people came in after me got called before me. Then get told I have a physical. Not sure what good appointments do. Never been any time close to when schedule appointment. Sit there for an hour after an appointment After appointment time, I’m just gonna be like the rest of people and come in 10 minutes to close I don’t like doing that I left yesterday but I guess I’ll be like everybody else come in two minutes before closing time
The establishments response was removed from this review. I’d spoke to management while there, on the same day. The processing system is so backwards!!! They should only be doing educational videos when they qualify you. Checked my medication requirement online then initially when I first sat down which it wasn’t listed. Proceed to do another 1.5 hours of videos and questionnaires before finding out my 1 medication wasn’t allowed! Zero reimbursement for my time/fuel. Fuel cost me at LEAST $20.
