I'm a first timer donating plasma, so I was a little nervous. From the moment I walked in the door, a you lady (Meghan) guided me through the entire process step by step. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my question and concerns. When realized I hadn't eating anything, she gave some lasagna, crackers and Gatorade. Don’t believe anything they say. State they will pay you a certain amount and then when you get done they pay you less then what you were told. Liars and ripoffs. We all know plasma is going for 5k a bottle and yall paid me $50 when yall told me I would get $75?! Liars!!
All staff are welcoming and kind. They are careful and accurate with placing the needle. I would recommend Dothan Alabama Grifols ☆☆☆☆☆ If you're feeling uncomfortable, ask for Leslie or Ebony, they will help with unease
Deffered because The tech milked my finger during the hemoglobin blood test, which techs are specifically trained NOT to do. Milking the finger forces tissue fluid into the blood drop, which throws off the reading and give false results — high or low. When I asked for a recheck, they refused. even though she messed up the blood pressure reading because of error and redid it and was fine.. the inaccurate technique was their error. I went immediately and it checked within 30minutes at CSL plasma and confirmed it was normal... read more
Eveutime we try to call to see if my fiance can donate again, noone answers the phone. We have called multiple times on multiple days and noone answers. But he was told to call to make sure he can donate again.
