The establishments response was removed from this review. I’d spoke to management while there, on the same day. The processing system is so backwards!!! They should only be doing educational videos when they qualify you. Checked my medication requirement online then initially when I first sat down which it wasn’t listed. Proceed to do another 1.5 hours of videos and questionnaires before finding out my 1 medication wasn’t allowed! Zero reimbursement for my time/fuel. Fuel cost me at LEAST $20. I'm a first timer donating plasma, so I was a little nervous. From the moment I walked in the door, a you lady (Meghan) guided me through the entire process step by step. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my question and concerns. When realized I hadn't eating anything, she gave some lasagna, crackers and Gatorade. One of the best places to go and donate, the staff is very friendly and professional. The time between patients is fast and in order. The building is very clean and there is a lot of space
