AC went out at 11:30 pm. Griffin Heating and Air had someone at our house by 9:30 am the next morning. Kim called me later in the afternoon for an estimate and they are working with us to get it fixed as soon as possible. Excellent customer service. Worth every penny to deal with professional, courteous business. Thank you!

I contacted Griff's due to air conditioning not cooling home. Within an hour of my call, Mr. Griffin was at my home. He was friendly, personable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Mr. Griffen had the part on his truck and was able to make the repair. Mr. Griffen also shared tips on how to maintain my system. It was nice meeting Mr. Griffen, and I appreciated his honesty, kindness and expertise. I will recommend and use in the future if needed.

AC stopped working on a Friday evening. Called Griff’s and got someone on the phone right away who was super helpful getting an appointment scheduled for the following day. However, the gentleman who arrived quickly diagnosed the issue while thoroughly explaining everything. AC was up and running right away. Gave a very honest assessment of the overall condition of the system. Very trustworthy and would highly recommend. We will... read more

We have used Griff's AC services multiple times over the years and find them to be an honest family owned business. Rather than jump into an expensive repair, they tried smaller measures and made multiple trips to troubleshoot it. Griff's was recommended by a friend and we would highly recommend them as well!

From Ryan’s first visit to installation by Ryan and his dad, Rich, Griff’s has been what everyone would hope for in an HVAC company. We had a full new HVAC system replaced and Ryan guided us through our decision making based on our needs. Installation went extremely well and the small details of weather sealing in the right spots, placing proper shut offs in case of a leak and an easy to use thermostat were all provided. Highly recommend!
