Excellent service! I had a heating emergency with temps in the teens and 6 inches of snow on the ground my heat was completely out. I called more than 6 service providers and everyone had a 12-24 hour wait. Including the company I have a service contract with. With temps that low I needed my heating repaired as quickly as possible. Griff's sent someone immediately. They were there in less than 30 minutes. The service person was thorough and kind. The house was purchased in 2020 after being flipped, there have been issues with the heat every winter. Our energy bill had been astronomical as the system would constantly short cycle. We’ve had several people out to look at the system and have gotten various conclusions from the system is too small, the system is too big, the duct work is bad, and everything in between.
