Woke up to a dead thermostat. I replaced the watch battery in there and checked the breakers but it was still dead. 50 degrees inside and dropping on a 22 degree day. I called and scheduled an appointment between 12 and 2. Rich showed up 15 minutes early (a plus in my book) and found the blown fuse in the air handler in less than 10 minutes. Best HVAC guys in Baltimore! Always comes fast when I call for help always fixes the issue. Ive been working with Rich for over 15 years through two homes. They fixed my old AC in my Townhome and they installed a full A/c and Furnace in my current home. They also helped me with a washer/dryer exhaust issue I had. While out of state with my family as my father was passing away the person feeding my cats notified me that my heat wasn't working. I contacted Griffs and explained my situation. They were very understanding and agreed to meet someone at my house within 2hrs. Ultimately my heat was fixed and at a very reasonable cost. I would give 10 stars if I could. Kim was the absolute best.
They came out to our Bel Air home and evaluated the AC problem with a mindset to control our costs and resolve the issue. He fixed our AC unit with a charge and came back the next day to make sure it was working. Excellent service and great work. They are very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I highly recommend.
