Fast and Reliable service at a fair price. Called them at 5:30pm and they were at my house by 6:40pm. AC stopped working during the day and they were able to change out the capacitor and get it up and running quickly. Can already feel the difference in the house after 20 minutes.
These guys were simply awesome. Met me with a friendly "we are here to help you" attitude. That was refreshing. Despite the heat, they got right to it, meaning, they pointed out all the fake diagnosis from the previous company's visit. Within 45 minutes they had it figured out, fixed, & were wishing me a good evening! They also answered all my questions with knowledge & patience, and gave me a few tips to get more out of my system. I LOVE THESE GUYS and would HIGHLY recommend them!! They saved me $8K! No joke.
My heat pump stopped working during a recent heat wave. Griff was there within an hour. Fixed it quickly and honestly. When I need to replace my heat pump I'll be getting Griff to install it. I highly recommend Griff's Heating and Air !
I couldn’t have been happier with these guys. They got me in same day, then were able to come early, to repair my AC which had gone out. The tech was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly, and the price was extremely reasonable. I definitely now feel like I have “an HVAC guy” I can always depend on and refer people to.
If you’re in need of an honest, hardworking, professional, and communicative family owned HVAC company, Griff’s is hands down the BEST!!
