This was our first experience with Griff's and we will definitely call on them again if the need arises. They were prompt (2 hours Earlier than the estimated appointment time), courteous, knowledgeable and got is up and running in no time. Their pricing was awesome as well. Griff's came same day we called for a problem with the AC. Because the coils were frozen up they had to come back the next day because it needed more refrigerant and couldn't be refilled while frozen up. So in less than 24 hrs we were up and running. They were polite and professional. If you need any HVAC work done they are the ones to call. Most honest folks I've found

Excellent service! I had a heating emergency with temps in the teens and 6 inches of snow on the ground my heat was completely out. I called more than 6 service providers and everyone had a 12-24 hour wait. Including the company I have a service contract with. With temps that low I needed my heating repaired as quickly as possible. Griff's sent someone immediately. They were there in less than 30 minutes. The service person was thorough and kind. I called for quick service to my father's apartment. They came out and fixed the issue inside of an hour....the very next day! I was also unable to be there and they took my payment over the phone. My father advised they were quick, clean and professional! I will be using them again if needed!
