AC went out at 11:30 pm. Griffin Heating and Air had someone at our house by 9:30 am the next morning. Kim called me later in the afternoon for an estimate and they are working with us to get it fixed as soon as possible. Excellent customer service. Worth every penny to deal with professional, courteous business. Thank you!
AC stopped working on a Friday evening. Called Griff’s and got someone on the phone right away who was super helpful getting an appointment scheduled for the following day. Was fearful that the entire HVAC system was going to need to be replaced as it’s an older system. From Ryan’s first visit to installation by Ryan and his dad, Rich, Griff’s has been what everyone would hope for in an HVAC company. We had a full new HVAC system replaced and Ryan guided us through our decision making based on our needs. Installation went extremely well and the small details of weather sealing in the right spots, placing proper shut offs in case of a leak and an easy to use thermostat were all provided. Highly recommend!
We were overheating in our home. The A/C unit just could not keep up with the 102 degree days. Rich came out within 30 minutes of our urgent call and replenished the freon in our system. It is an older system that many other groups don't carry the appropriate refrigerant. Griff's Heating and Air provided quick response in an urgent situation, with professional and friendly service. Rich did an outstanding job and I would recommend his company to anyone needing HVAC service.
Picture this . . . It's 10:15 a.m. on the Fourth of July, and my A/C decides to wave the white flag.
