Good If you want a a homecooked greasy Burger Griffs is for you. If you visit you have to eat 1. They are huge and besides the grease they are very good. Have some Fries with them. Cheap Prices for what you get.

I would like to let everyone know how great Joy at store number 4 was because my order was Messed up when I made it all the way hoMe and had to coMe back and she had my whole order remade and I wanted to let y’all know she had great customer service and I appreciated the service I received.
I order a chicken sandwich and all I got was fried skin. Then they tried to charge me for food I didn’t order. I’ll never get food from here again.
my food was cold even after A 5 minute wait.. nothing like Shreveport which is always hot and ready

the ability to take more than 2 seperate orders would be a good start, after sitting in a busy drive thru only to find out that you can only take two seperate orders per car... I was trying to get what my crew wanted for lunch, and support a local business to boot... bad form Griff's
The food is always FRESH and good but the only thing is that they needs to keep the lobby clean at all times and the restrooms but other than that I'll give it a 10 👍
Good eats. Fast, friendly service. I've been eating there since the mid 90's.
