There was a mix up on our application time and they fit us in. This staff is very helpful finding answers to ?s we had about an up coming test.
left a message online to app but never got a call back. poor communication
I tried to get an appointment and she said she had to find my referral and call me back. I asked when I could expect a call and she said "I'm not going to help you if you're going to give me a hard time". Then she hung up.
Save yourself the aggravation. Go somewhere else. Genuinely one of the hardest Drs to get a hold of. The head nurse practitioner is genuinely the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars instead of one.
