I have been trying to contact them for the WHOLE WEEK! The calls keep going to voicemail which I do not want, the only time someone picked up I was asked to wait and put on hold for nearly 15min before the call was hanged up and today Friday it says they close at 1pm, its 12:28pm as I write but their phone is already sending you to voicemail for after hours!!! It is a shame. I had so many people speak highly of this place, but how can one trust a doctor whos office is impossible to get through?! Very disappointed.

To be fair, I want to begin by recognizing PA Elizabeth Sheppard. She was outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain my kidney stone, the available treatment options, their risks and benefits, and what to expect before and after the procedure. She was knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and never made me feel rushed.
