After being a customer of Griffith Shade my employer as a customer as well of over 30 years sadly I must say we will never use Griffith Shade again. We had a simple issue with one of the blinds and after several phone calls we did not even get the courtesy of a call back nor did anyone show up to repair the blind as they said they would if they were in the area. Have their wooden shades in every room! They are beautiful, easy to clean and extremely durable! Love them
VERY expensive and the quality is horrible! Had to pay extra for the handles to open and close shades. The owners have a bad attitude too! Not worth getting custom made from here. Stay away!
Excellent service with lots of good energy management . very good quality of material , I’ve been familiar with the window treatment industry for the last 25 years .and in my opinion, Griffis shades has the best quality of shades you can find , keep in mind that shades usually last for very long time !!! Definitely go for Griffis shades
I called and got a price on a shade for my bay window with installation since I live in Nutley. Their price was a little higher than what I got online but I figured with installation is was worth it. I got a call after 3 weeks that I could pick up my shade. I told them that installation was included and then I was told there will be an additional $100 for installation and there is a month waiting list as well for the installation.
