Tom Griffith has been our Air &Heat guy for over 10 years. We purchased 2 units from him and a whole house generator. He is dependable, honest and more than fair on his prices. I will always recommend Griffith Properties to all my neighbors and friends.
Tom has been my AC guy for the last 5 years! He is always puts his customers first and is very reasonable with pricing. Tom has never let me and my family down and will always be my AC guy!
The best A/C service in the area! I am so glad 5 years ago when I replaced my units that I used Griffith A/C. I have needed the unit serviced twice in the 5 years, and he is always fast to respond and service the unit! I highly recommend him to all my friends.
