I purchased a 2016 Chevy Suburban from Griffith Motor Company in February 2020. When I got back to finance, I asked for 90 days for my first payment. Tim said there was no way. They only do 45 days on used cars. So, I said that I needed 90 days or I was walking. So, Tim said that what we could do is sign the paperwork for 45 days and that if I called the bank, they would adjust the paperwork to 90 days for me. This was a lie. There was no lying on ***'s part. We don't have the ability to defer the initial payment more than 45 days. Mr. ********* was told that.
