Joe is an amazing personal trainer. He understood my goals and suggested personalized training program for me. The program definitely helped me to increase my muscles growth.
I started personal training with Joseph and by the 10th class I did see results on my body. The first few classes for me at least were to get the my posture correct. He would make videos and take pictures during the workout to show me how I did a particular exercise and the corrections needed. That was very helpful. By the next two days, that was embedded in my mind to do it the right way. I would definitely recommend Joseph for 1-1 training sessions.
Spoke with Joseph on an injury I obtained while doing decline bench. He had me go over my form and showed me some tips on how to correct my form and mitigate future injury. He then showed me some stretches and worked the problem area to loosen the muscles in my shoulder. It’s feeling better after just a few minutes with Joseph. This dude knows his stuff and truly cares about his clients success and progress. I highly recommend Joseph!

Joseph has worked with me to identify the points that was causing me discomfort and to strengthen those areas to create the balance needed to live a more pain free an productive life.
