I will update my rating after remediation is complete. However, to date, Griffith Exteriors has been the subcontractor of choice for our brand new construction Toll Brothers property. The roof has leaked 2 times in the same spot. It was "fixed" the first time without a thorough check. After a private inspector report, it was found that most of the roof should be replaced. Griffith will come back to repair and will update as appropriate.

Griffith Exteriors did a tremendous job re-siding our house and detached garage; the gutters that were installed are much more efficient than the prior versions.
