IT'S NEVER THEIR FAULT AT ALL. I GOT DELIVERIES A WEEK APART AND THEY WERE SMALL AMOUNTS I DIDN'T NEED THE DELIVERIES AT ALL BUT THEY DID IT ANYWAY. I WAS CHARGED FOR IT AND I FEEL THEY DID THAT JUST TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY. I PAID WHAT THEIR COLUMBIA CORPORATE OFFICE TOLD ME TO PAY IN AUGUST OF LAST YEAR AND I WOULD BE ALL CAUGHT UP. WRONG. Emailed them about our fuel going up $112.00 and haven't had a response yet. It's been over two weeks. Looking at other places to get fuel because I see it going up but that much. WHY SEND A EMAIL TO YOU BECAUSE YOU NEVER RESPOND BACK SO THAT'S A WASTE OF MY TIME. I PUT MY NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS ON IT WHEN I EMAILED YOU AND GUESS WHAT NO RESPONSE. YOU NEED TO SEND ME A EMAIL TODAY OR I WILL BE CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BY THE END OF TODAY.

UPDATE - I reached out via the link in their reply on 11/19. An automated response stated that they would be in touch soon. No one has reached out and it's been six days. I've now spent 1000 on an electric oven and 800 on an outlet installation. Not to mention all we spent eating out over the last 3 months. Why even bother replying to my review?
