Jason came out today for our annual cleanings and what a breath of fresh air this gentleman is. He is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and just a happy guy. He went through the process of what is was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He is terrific.
The facility needs some work, but the staff are amazing! They treated me very nicely, gave me a tour, and we talked for well over an hour and a half. It was a pleasurable experience.
JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE FUEL COMPANY OUT THERE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME FILLING OUT THE RESPONSE BACK BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET ONE. HELL BUT THEY'LL CALL YOU EVERY OTHER DAY WHEN YOU OWE THEM MONEY. I'VE WENT FROM $66.00 TO $178.00 AND NOW IT'S $240.00!! I'M PAYING THIS THROUGH DISABILITY BENEFITS I WISH I MADE ENOUGH TO DO $240.00 AND PAY THE REST OF MY BILLS TOO PLUS GET FOOD. IT'S NEVER THEIR FAULT AT ALL. I GOT DELIVERIES A WEEK APART AND THEY WERE SMALL AMOUNTS I DIDN'T NEED THE DELIVERIES AT ALL BUT THEY DID IT ANYWAY. I WAS CHARGED FOR IT AND I FEEL THEY DID THAT JUST TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY. I PAID WHAT THEIR COLUMBIA CORPORATE OFFICE TOLD ME TO PAY IN AUGUST OF LAST YEAR AND I WOULD BE ALL CAUGHT UP. WRONG.
