Was charged $28000 for hvac which after two weeks has not been completed installation! This is the worst company ever!
I had them service my AC Unit 4 years ago while under warranty and they never ran it through the warranty. Now it's on my credit. The technician said that they would have someone call me and process it, even after I gave the the information. I'm disappointed in this company

The guy from Griffith Energy Services came to my house for an annual inspection. As it happened, my oil fired hot water heater had quit working a few days previously. The guy who came here tol do the inspection fixed the problem. After the work was done, he told us that what we should have done was to replace the oil fired hot water heater with a heat pump hot water heater because that would have made more financial sense. My original scheduled delivery was February 4. Then received am email saying they’d be delivering between the 2nd-8th of February. No delivery. Called on February 12th and delivery was promised by the 15th. No delivery. Called today (17th). Was told they’d should have been out on the 16th. They then contacted the delivery department to call me with an "emergency" delivery date. Advised me that if I run out of oil, Griffith would be responsible for the costs associated with priming the furnace! How many added days will that t... read more
