Terrible customer service and communication! We have been waiting weeks to get scheduled, then once they got a tank in, we failed our county inspection. I contacted them a few times now asking when we are getting them to come back out but no response. I don’t recommend them at all. I’ll be looking for a new service company.
Jason Your service tech CAME CAME TO MY RESCUE ON THE 16TH. NO oil. Delivery promised first week in Deember."which has yet to be delivered"!!!. Jason called and said he was bribging me oil. AND he did .Also made furnace was working..Heis a caring. friengely and completes the job. Very much dis apointed in your oil delivery so far this year. I am 97 years old living alone in my home. Awful, steer clear. They really left us in the lurch during a remodel. We rented a tank from them before our range was installed. We were waiting on contractors to start the install for the range. They did the tank installation and a few weeks went by. Out of the blue, we received a call from them saying they were going to pick up the tank THAT DAY due to inactivity. Terrible customer service, and they don't communicate before they deliver. They assume you are still gonna buy from them even though you have know contract with them, and have paid the bill off and haven't paid them since... They are a piece of shingles company.... Also Operater 442 is awful at her customer solutions or service work... Her head is only there for 8 hours and a paycheck no contribution to the company at all
