Don't do business with this company. They are inconsistent with auto deliveries. They did a delivery after upgrading HVAC system that doesn't require oil. They refuse to come get the oil that I didn't need. They said because I didn't tell them not to auto deliver the oil. They refuse to come get the oil back and expect me to pay for the oil that I no longer needed. If they want there money for the oil, come get the oil back. It will be sitting here waiting.

I had an issue with my furnace backdrafting, Jerry came out, diagnosed it and it was fixed that day. They also told me they’d be there between 6-10pm but he was right down the road so he drove over and was there within the hour. Top notch service. Thanks Griffith and Thanks Jerry.

Terrible customer service and communication! We have been waiting weeks to get scheduled, then once they got a tank in, we failed our county inspection. I contacted them a few times now asking when we are getting them to come back out but no response. I don’t recommend them at all. I’ll be looking for a new service company.
