I left at least 3 messages with customer service to have the service manager call me regarding an issue in January 2025. It took a very long time to even get to a person and after the third call the rep did acknowledge that she saw other notes on my account regarding my request to speak to a manager about tech's $1000.00 quote to repair the whistle. Very bad customer service. Still have not heard from anyone. I miss Murphy's!!
We used Griffith for years. Now, I'm wondering why I put up with there terrible customer service for so long. For about 4 years straight, we ran out of oil at least once per winter (even though we were on their autofill program). There was no sense of urgency to fill our tank ever. I would call, wait on hold and then be told they were coming out the same day. I called Griffith energy to get an oil furnace installed . It was a very difficult locationn to install a furnace nearly impossible. Griffith never threw in the towel. Great people It was a bear of a job but the big dog (Griffith) won the fight !!!
Just had a customer service rep literally hang up on me when I asked if the svc tech was definitely coming today. It's 30 degrees and we have no heat.
Out of oil for 4 days now...my husband has been on the phone with multiple people over and over again. We had to go out and buy a diesel fuel container and make several trips to the gas station to keep heat and hot water working so our pipes do not freeze. Finally, yesterday they said at 7am that delivery today was guranteed..my husband called at least 10 times confirming. At 4pm, they said we were the next stop...never came.
