This company is disgusting. I did business with them for 10 years Because of Moving out of state, the company owes me almost thousand dollars. After reading the tank they were supposed to send my refund. 29 days passed and did not get my refund check, I called Office and I was told that it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get my refund check. I got so Upset and the lady told me that someone is gonna call me. After 24 hours past nobody called me and I called back they refused to give my money. Charges fake fees when you switch to other companies treats customers as numbers and when they don't like something they charge extra to come take their tanks back and will most likely report you to the police saying your refusing to allow pick up if you don't pay

Requested a quote on converting our Farm from Fuel oil to propane in Three Mile Bay, NY. They came out, performed a survey and told us in 3 days we’d have a quote… 2-3 weeks later and no less than 3 calls asking… here we are NO quote. Guess they don’t need or want our business… probably a good thing if this the level of Service they provide. Would hate to actually need Help!! On to the Next Provider!!
