Update, since Griffith Energy was bought by Superior plus this is no longer 5 stars. Like the large companies they are geared toward full time residents and not seasonal folks. Tank fees on top of being charged high rates for propane simply because you don't "use enough" is ridiculous. I have now changed providers to one that will not gorge seasonal residents.
On one of our recent zub-zero days our furnace failed. A sevice call was made and Service Tech. Jack was dispatched. He responded with in an hour and was able find the problem. He was able to find replacement parts and did the repair quickly. We are extremely thankful for Jack's quick response and fixing our furance.
As a new customer I called Griffiths and I spoke to Andrew's an Associate of Griffiths. I will say that I experienced Excellent Communication from Andrews; the call lasted approximately 30 mins. Andrews was very professional and answered all of my questions with excellency!
Everyone at the company that I’ve interacted with seem nice and I never had any issues with deliveries or getting propane when I needed it. Just this year though I was told that since I didn’t use enough propane in the previous year, I would be charged over double the normal rate. They wanted to charge me $4.63 a gallon while they’re offering new customers $1.69 a gallon. I find it reprehensible to upcharge your customers because they aren’t using enough of your product.
