I was a costumer for a few years and only did business with them i called for a delivery two days prior to there normal delivery date to my area(witch was one of the coldest weeks of the year so far witch I understand they are busy) i was told i would have a delivery. 3 days after the delivery was supposed to come I still had no fuel when I called I was put on hold twice and was eventually told they had no record of me calling and it would be another week before they came out and I had just enough in my tank to make it to mu... read more
I have been dealing with Griffith Energy in Plattsburgh for 10 years, now. As a whole.....their customer service has been fantastic. Sherry, in particular, has gone above and beyond for me too many times to count. She did it again today. Thank you
