October 2, 2025 3 weeks ago I got a set of 4 new tires there. They made me a super great deal. I even had two tire sensors replaced and that just run me a little over $60 a sensor. Today I needed another tire sensor replaced. I got in and they said it was going to be $130 for the sensor. I asked what was up with that. They said the price went up just from a few weeks ago. Went in for an oil Change and it showed it comes with a free rotation of tires. They didn't rotate any of my tires. Also I had a tire with a small leak in it and was told my tire couldn't be salvaged. So I went to another audo shop and they fixed the small leak. Very disappointed im not sure if they even look at my tire. Also I believe you should get what you pay for any sad to say I didnt.
I had my brakes replaced about six months ago and they were still squeaky. I gave it some time because I thought my might just need to adjust but it was getting worse over time. I had them look at the brakes during my last oil change and they said it was fine, and seemed offended I that I even said anything because they were very rude about it. August 28, 2025. I would no longer recommend Griffith Motors in Neosho MO. for repairs to a vehicle. I took my 1982 El Camino into them in April 2019 for a complete going over for repairs that might be needed… from packing wheel bearings etc. to tuning the engine etc. and having them install a new A/C. To make a long story short they have not ever had the A/C working properly for any length of time.
