I bought a used 2019 Traverse from Griffith 4 months ago. At first, I loved it and was really happy I went with Griffith because they assured me the vehicle was in good shape and had only been serviced there. About a month ago I started experiencing issues with it after getting gas. I took it into the Service manager and he told me there was nothing he could do because there was no engine light on. Avoid unless you have money toss out the window . Twice I have taken cars to them to be diagnosed and paid them $60 for each one. The first one was an S-10 that diagnosed having fuel injector problems, paid therm nearly $600 to put all new injectors in. Same problem 2 weeks later, cut my losses and just sold the truck. Took my wife's 2006 Montana van in to be diagnosed pay them still has same problem. Won't refund the money. Won't go back. Update on this one, friend diagnosed a bad starter with a 30 cent screwdriver. Hire so... read more
