I had my brakes replaced about six months ago and they were still squeaky. I gave it some time because I thought my might just need to adjust but it was getting worse over time. I had them look at the brakes during my last oil change and they said it was fine, and seemed offended I that I even said anything because they were very rude about it. August 28, 2025. I would no longer recommend Griffith Motors in Neosho MO. for repairs to a vehicle. I took my 1982 El Camino into them in April 2019 for a complete going over for repairs that might be needed… from packing wheel bearings etc. to tuning the engine etc. and having them install a new A/C. To make a long story short they have not ever had the A/C working properly for any length of time. I bought a used 2019 Traverse from Griffith 4 months ago. At first, I loved it and was really happy I went with Griffith because they assured me the vehicle was in good shape and had only been serviced there. About a month ago I started experiencing issues with it after getting gas. I took it into the Service manager and he told me there was nothing he could do because there was no engine light on.
