Prompt oil change and tire rotation. Checked and topped off all fluids. Great communication. They meticulously covered my drivers seat before taking back to shop. They even gave my truck a good washing before bringing out to me! I brought my lunch and work on my truck was about done once I finished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Granted the Escalade is old with almost 400k miles on it. Took it in to get a problem “diagnosed” threw some money at it with O2 sensors. Now the Cat is bad? I’m sure it was bad to begin with. Before the $500 was spent. Point is this. The vehicle is still not fixed. It has the same problem it had when it went in the first time and the second time. The least they could have done for a 35 year customer was waived their “diagnostic” fee the THIRD time they took a stab at fixing it. Won’t be back.
