I scheduled an appointment for 10/30. They said they would come between 8am-11am and would call an hour prior to arrival. On the day of my appointment, it was 11:30am with no call so I called the company. The guy said he would talk to the tech and call me right back. They didn’t call back until 3:46pm. I had other things going on by that time. I understand companies are short staffed but the company couldn’t even bother to call and give me an update. I took the day off of work for this appointment and am very disappointed.
Felix and his team were extremely polite and professional. They did an excellent job of replacing my air filters and cleaning my air ducts. They were pleasant to work with, professional, and used innovative cleaning methods. They completed their work on time, and the end result was excellent. They did an excellent job cleaning up our house's very messy ducts, greatly improving the air quality, and I would highly recommend them. Griffith Air Duct Company has earned my business for the coming years.
Did not show for a scheduled appointment. I called and they told me they were running late. Never showed, never called to reschedule.
What a fantastic company! I called Griffith Air Duct Company to schedule an appointment, and I was able to do so right away. They arrived on time, cleaned the vent, and showed me an issue on my roof that will save me a ton of money if I fix it now rather than later when damage has been done. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a dryer vent cleaning!!! We will use them on an annual basis.
