"Clean, drug-free, quiet, safe"- What a f** joke. Absolutely terrible place to live! I've lived in two apartments at this facility and in the first one, my neighbor blasted loud music and smoked pot about once a week that would smell through my bathroom and bedroom vents. I complained from October to MAY about it, and they did nothing besides give a 10 day notice for a check on his room. The loud music also never stopped despite them saying they "talked to him". BEWARE… DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! They do not refund the deposit! The employees are rude especially the current manager. The manager appeared to be high on something. The furniture is worn and dirty, and there were bugs were in the apartment. LET ME REPEAT, IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR $400 DEPOSIT BE SURE TO RENT FROM THEM!
