We purchased a Trane AC and furnace system from Griffis in 2016. Our AC system has been nothing but problems. Griffis was unwilling to work with us and even went so far as to tell us that we could no longer be a customer of theirs. Five years later and the system is still costing us money to repair. We just finished up with a new company who discovered that the evaporator has leaks in it. The evaporator is covered under warranty however we have to pay $1300.00 to have it replaced.
