Please buy back Retreat At Waters Edge. The new owners are horrible. They dont respond, their maintenance team is non-existent, and the property is turning into a dump. You guys were amazing!!!
I lived in an apartment managed by Griffiths and the employees were exceptional. The apartments were so well maintained and they were so helpful for the residents.
Griffis Blessing has been great to work with. The Regional manager was professional and courteous and handled my situation immediately. I give 5 stars for their responsiveness and great customer service.

Recently signed 3rd lease, only to be told I would be unable to pay rent utilizing checking account online due to having 3 nsf in the 3 and a half years I have lived there. However , I am welcome to use my debit card ( which comes from my checking )for a hefty fee of 46 dollars or go through an e rent by finding a pay location. We all fall on hard times now and then and have paid the fees when this has happened.
