UPDATE: 11 months later and still absolutely love it here. Maintenance responses are fast and thorough. Spenser came this week. Such a nice guy and always responds so quickly. Needed a new battery in the keyless door lock and one of the living room windows needed blinds replaced because it wouldn’t stay raised after a couple of previous attempts to fix it by each of the maintenance staff. Have needed a couple maintenance issues handled the last couple weeks and the team is always responsive, effective, & professional.
I sent in a service request for my sink to be unclogged and was met with a prompt response not ten minutes after submitting the request from the maintenance team and they solved the problem in 5 minutes. GREAT TEAM!!
