I called them at 8am on Veterans day bcuz we ran out of propane and it was 29°. They showed up quickly and I had a full tank and heater running by 10am. Amazing customer service!
If I could rate this company at a poor minus I would. I have no problem with the delivery person but the office personnel sucks from the top to the bottom. The receptionist, Colleen, is the rudest, nastiest, grouchiest and most incompetent old hag I have ever encountered. I have waited more than several days for a reply to my email to branch manager Jon Brotz and have heard nothing. Not the way to run a business or treat a customer and I will put you on blast every opportunity I get Griffin's Propane.
