Quality work, the don't jerk you around or keep trying to get you to do work that does not need to be done. I recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good honest work!Â

I want to sincerely express my gratitude for the excellent customer service received from Griffin Auto, on Haggerty Road in Novi, Michigan. I took my 2002 Saturn to Bill Griffin last year for the first time, and again this past week. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. My son is a Mechanic in California, and was equally impressed with my experience. Bill did a thorough examination of my car, and the repairs were very reasonably priced when I compared other quotes I had received. I will always take my vehicle to Griffin... read more

I took my car to griffins a little over a month ago with an estimate from another shop(who will remain nameless,not shameless though). Scott and Bill explained that not only that they could beat their price, BUT WHAT THEY QUOTED WASN'T GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!! They let me know what it really needed and it was nowhere near the original price that i was quoted. they also gave me what they called a blueprint of what the car would need down the road and what could wait because those problems were not as urgent.It was very comf... read more

I couldn't have asked for a better mechanic to work on my car. Bill was straight forward about what needed to be repaired right away and what we could wait on. He saw to the immediate repair quickly and we didn't have to mortgage the house to pay for it. A fair, reasonable, and honest garage. How refreshing that is!Â
