I live in Montrose pa. I had bought 2 cars from Griffins they are very friendly. They have been great to deal with. They do everything in their power to help out people who doesn't have a great credit.i love dealing with them , the staff are wonderful . I would recommend them to any one who is looking for a car and has not have a great credit. you won't be sorry . thanks griffin auto for all your support and help.

I have had vehicles through Griffins for years. When you read poor reviews you also have to remember there are 2 sides, ask yourself "Did this person make their payments" "has the staff been getting screamed at by customers all day" "how was your tone of voice when you called, you may think it was normal but was it really?" "did they pay attention to detail of what was said to them while they were there" Also, if their phones are always busy my guess would be that is because they have a ton of business. There ok in a pinch when your down and out and in need of a car. Took them 3 weeks to get me a car, then there garage is useless for any help when I did get car, and there staff is very unpersonable and always bothered anytime you call them. "For whatever reason" I have a problems every week just making a payment.

I bought an Eclipse here. It had rot inside the rocker panels that they covered up. It started rotting through in about a month. It was in the shop for the first month and they kept saying it was almost done. The throw out bearing was bad and the synchro in second was bad. They said they would fix it but never did. They charged me $600 for a terrible warranty. I owed $400 more on my car and then they told me I owed $1600. I was done with them at that point so I didn't pay it. Do some research before going to see Tim Griffin, there's lots of reviews on other sites. Many people have been robbed by him and his POS cars and trucks. He buys em cheap and resells them at ungodly prices and jacks up the interest for the less fortunate

Here's a tip, quit selling people junk for 10x what its worth!! Car spent more time in the shop than on the road literally!!
