Had used Grffin in 2022 and was happy with service. The website is gone, and the phone is disconnected. Apparently, it's out of business.
Anthony gives you a written proposal for one price and then charges you 6x more than the proposal and doesn't inform you when you give them your credit card information. Scam company! DO NOT HIRE!
If this review is up, the issue still has not been resolved. I had some trees removed in May and the customer service was great during the process. But the crew did some damage to my property while the big pieces were coming down. They quickly notified me about it and made promises to fix it. Great. Things happen, but if you make it right I have no problem. But once I paid them, Anthony ghosted me. Several emails asking about the plan to fix the damage have gone ignored since June. They did a great job trimming several trees on our property. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about trees and did a really nice job with the trees. I highly recommend Griffin Tree Company.
