RecommendedI went in today for a nail in my tire. They were courteous on the phone and in person. They took care of my issue quickly and when they discovered there was no actual puncture of the tire they sent me on my way without charge. New customer for life now. . Thanks for being honest and courteous!
they do not stand behind their products or services. I had a brand new set of tires in one that had a screw in it with 80% tread. the manager said that it was a simple patch and that I would last as long as the tire. In the process when they put a patch on the tire it voids the warranty on the tire from the manufacturer because the grind the inner steel belts. after 2 mnth period the patch became defective, I took the car back and then the new manager said that the should no… See more

Just moved into area and needed my car serviced. Looked on line and saw this place was down the street. They quickly gave me an appointment for the next day. The service was quick and friendly. I really liked the price! I will be using Griffin Tire for all my cars needs.
Great service. They worked me in same day and the cost was fair.
Had a Safety Inspection done today and was in and out very quickly. Matt and the staff was very professional and had outstanding customer service. Prices on the different types of services they offer seems to be very affordable.
