Teck came out to look for an issue with a Rinnai tankless water heater. It had an error code of 12 - No Flame. The technician did a great job checking the unit and deduced that it was not getting enough gas pressure! He checked the propane regulator and said that it was not adjustable, and it should be replaced. He sent me an invoice for $585. to replace it! The regulators go for between $65. and $85. Wow. Joe schiradi came over and did a systems check and preventive maintenance on both my AC s units. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he did a through cleaning and check. We noticed the air had a fresher scent throughout the home. He showed us that we had some sludge laying in our drain line which could clog and shut down the air handler. We will definitely use him again for service again.

We had an appointment with a 2-hour window that Griffen Services made; No one came or called. We had to call their phone service to find out what was going on.I was told installers should be there. At the end of our conversation, the installers pulled up.We called Griffen Services 3 times throughout the day leaving messages with their phone service, We also called our sales person twice and left messages with no return calls. We decided not to use their services based on their customer care or lack of it. I would not refer a... read more

We had our ducts cleaned by Griffin Service and had a new electronic air filter installed as well as a new thermostat. They were very professional and arrived on time and explained the installation process. We are very happy, as we now have very little dust and would definitely recommend Griffin Service. Amazing job Wade Taylor!

In my opinion I feel that Griffin Services is one of the most unethical business I've ever worked with. Griffin Services hired me to help solve their marketing problems. I began working as agreed. After creating and accomplishing all of my duties. (100+ ads) Griffin Services decided to use my work, and not pay me a cent of what was agreed upon. Basically, they benefited off of what I created and stole the work, the money, and all aspects for themselves. In my opinion, this company's core is extremely unethical. The perc... read more

We called this morning to schedule an appointment and two hours later Scott, the technician came. He was very professional, knowledgeable and neat. He worked very efficient and took time to explain to us what the problem was. We were very happy and impressed with the service he provided. Very highly recommended!
