Tim Ballard helped us buy a house in Bloomington while we still lived out of state. It was a bit nerve wracking to buy a house we had not seen, but we were glad the closing was wrapped up smoothly. Tim even was so nice to let us ship a new bed to his house so we had a place to sleep while we were waiting for our other furniture to arrive.
