I live several hundred miles from Seneca Ford and recently purchased a used vehicle from them. They were very proactive in getting videos of the vehicle to me and answering all my questions. The team worked well together and even provided transportation from the airport to pick up the vehicle. They have even followed up after the purchase to see if I was satisfied with how the vehicle was performing.
Really one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Just a great organization. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was dealing with a situation with my vehicle, and everyone at this location from the service desk to the owner helped me work through it and took virtually all stress out of the situation for me. Having taken this same vehicle in for service at this location on a prior date (for inspection), I knew what work needed done. It was a lot of work, and I appreciate the the folks in the service center wanted me to see what needed corrected even though I already knew. Will happily come back to this location for service.
