Griffin told us that our 90 day guarantee was up, when we called about coming back to service our home again because the problem was still there. They have been coming back to service our home monthly since June. The problem has never went away. The 90 day guarantee that the pests won't return should start when they actually aren't there anymore. They haven't returned, they never were eliminated. So now we just suck up the money we spent? ?
I had the pleasure of Dealing with Aaron today! He was absolutely amazing! He was very polite, explained everything, and took the time to even play with Spyro, (our doggo).
