I wouldn’t recommend Griffin to anyone. They have horrible customer service. I pay a monthly fee and most months no one even comes. And when they do come, I am never given any notice. They leave without doing anything and put a sign on my door saying I wasn’t home. I work from home, I am always here. I have asked repeatedly to be sent reports and have never been sent anything. I have called multiple times to complain and nothing ever changes. Most of the time I call, no one answers or their phones are down! I am sick and tir... read more
Steve is great, always takes care of issues at the house. Huge carpenter ant issue around and inside of garage. Treated it they were dead and gone next day.

Been using griffin for 5 years, no complaints. Excellent customer service and the technicians come out on time and are very knowledgeable on how to treat pest concerns. 8/2024 update: I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars… That is a dramatic drop! The only reason why there are still two stars and not one is because the service tech that we have is a great person and a great technician however, customer service department is absolutely horrible.
