Dr. Griffin and her staff is lovely! Her receptionist though is quite the opposite unfortunately

I had a very concerning experience with this healthcare provider. On 09/03/25 at 2:30 PM, I visited the office with my child for an appointment. At the front desk, both staff members informed me that if I declined vaccinations for my child, Dr. Griffin would not see him. To clarify, I asked if this meant she was refusing care because I did not consent to vaccinate, and the staff confirmed, stating, “Yes, she is very big on vaccines.” Feeling shocked and embarrassed, I left the office. The doctor is nice but don't let that fool you! She lied to me. She told me she woulnt have me come in unless required and then the first time i call to discuss next steps she says to come back in. At the end if the day, she lied. Period. The nurses and receptionists will seal the deal for you though, and make you never come back. I had the highest of hopes, even picked my insurance specifically bc I wanted this office, but was MIND BLOWN when the nurses talked to me in the tone and way they have.
