I received excellent service from Griffin. They explained to meet what was going to happen and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, being a woman looking to get repairs. I loved the personal touch of being introduced (by phone of course) to the person who was actually going to be working on my car. This was an overall great experience from start to finish.
Chris answered several emails with multiple questions about how to wire a Recaro seat in my Honda Civic, including what parts to buy, and a wiring diagram. I was really impressed by the excellent customer service including quick, detailed replies to emails with a comprehensive answer that gave me the confidence to do a job I'd never done before. I have been going to Griffin Motorwerke since the early 1980's. They worked on my 1981 Rabbit GTI, 1986 Jetta, 1987 Golf, 1995 Passat and now my 2016 Tiguan. One night I was driving to dinner along Interstate 395. We just left Lee Vining. The roads were dark. My temperature gauge went off. I called Terry.
