On A road trip with my family and i realized i failed to pack the power cord to my cpap. I called to SEVERAL medical supply stores. I got several responses that i needed a dr note, or they didnt have any instock, or i had to buy the whole kit. GRIFFIN came to the rescue!!. I called the calhoun location and they didnt have a power cord either ,but, the man at Griffin called around to other locations to find one for me and found one!. This was above and beyond! To begin with I agreed with a few of these post until I discovered that the reason for the issue isn't that no one wants to work or help but that Griffin Medical is short staffed like most medical companies are. So now when I visit the store I politely let Ms.Terry know how many tanks I'm exchanging so she doesn't have to get behind on her duties. Thanks Griffin Medical
